Jobsite photos with reliable context
FieldCerta is a private field-photo tool for a company and its authorized employees.
What FieldCerta does
Employees choose a job, take a new photo, and allow location access. FieldCerta adds the job ID, employee name, capture date and time, street address, and GPS coordinates directly to the image.
Google Drive storage
Stamped photos are uploaded to the company's connected Google Drive and organized by job and date. It requests access only to the Drive files and folders it creates or opens through the app.
Access
The working dashboard is protected by company access codes. Google authorization is completed once by an administrator; employees do not connect their personal Google accounts.
