FieldCerta Privacy Policy
Effective September 2, 2026. This policy explains how FieldCerta handles information when authorized company users capture and store jobsite photos.
Information processed
FieldCerta processes the employee name entered at sign-in, selected job information, optional photo notes, captured images, capture date and time, street address, GPS coordinates, and location accuracy. The app also keeps technical records needed to organize and display uploaded photos.
How information is used
This information is used only to stamp jobsite photos, associate them with the correct job and employee, organize uploads, and let authorized company users view the photo library.
Google user data
FieldCerta uses Google Drive authorization to create and use its existing PhotoStamp storage folder, create job and date subfolders, upload stamped images, and retrieve those app-created images for authorized users. FieldCerta does not use Google Drive data for advertising, sell it, or transfer it for unrelated purposes.
Storage and access
Images are stored in the Google Drive account connected by the FieldCerta administrator. App records are stored by the hosted FieldCerta service. Access is limited to people who have a valid company or administrator access code and to the service providers necessary to operate FieldCerta.
Retention and deletion
The connected Drive account owner controls the stored folders and images and may remove them in Google Drive. To request deletion of FieldCerta account or photo-library records, contact the address below.
